HIGH SCHOOL
There are 3 main objectives that a high school student-athlete and his or her family need to begin to work towards beginning their freshman year in high school:
1. Get a good education—The education part, it goes without saying, is a very important aspect of one’s decision. The academic experience will be one that lasts a lifetime.
2. Get it paid for—whether it is partially funded or fully funded there are many different forms of funding assistance in both academic and athletic areas.
3. Go where you will PLAY!—hundreds of athletes and families every year make the mistake of overestimating their playing level in college and find themselves unhappy and looking to transfer.
These 3 very important objectives can be met with the right “plan” and with proper guidance and advice from someone who specializes in the process.
